i want to kill myself

recently something happened very close to me....concerning anger...and an argument leaded to soemthing else and bla bla bla....alalllalaalalal.......things got worse
what does anger acheive?NOTHING
but why do people still express it...why don't the convert it into something else..and kill someone instead..i mean play well in sports instead?
or maybe study harder?
or shit more and harder?
or if you want to "sell your body"...fuck harder?
